Israel will make Tehran pay for its attack on a hospital in an Israeli southern region, calling it a war crime as the two Middle Eastern countries continued to attack each other.
“This morning, Iran’s terrorist tyrants launched missiles at Soroka Hospital in Beersheba and at a civilian population in the center of the country,” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said.
“We will exact the full price from the tyrants in Tehran,” he said in a post on X platform.
Israeli officials said 40 people were injured in the Iranian attack.
Israeli Foreign Minister Israel Katz said the Iranian strike was a war crime, warning that Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei “will be held accountable for his crimes.”

“The cowardly Iranian dictator sits in the depths of a fortified bunker and fires aimed shots at hospitals and residential buildings,” Katz said.
The Israeli PM has posted a video of himself outside Beersheba’s Soroka Medical Center, which suffered damage from an Iranian missile attack today.
In it, he claims the Israeli military “accurately hit nuclear targets and missile targets, and they [Iran] hit a hospital, where people can’t even get up and run away”.
Iran-Israel crisis unfolds even as the Gaza war also worsens with death toll climbing to more 54000. According to the United Nations, Israel has regularly attacked hospitals in its war on Gaza strip, which started after Palestinian militant organization Hamas attacked Israel on October 7, 2023.

Meanwhile, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has said that “a new round of combined missile-drone attacks against military targets and industrial centers related to the military industry in the cities of Haifa and Tel Aviv has begun.”
It said drone operations continue with more than 100 types of combat and suicide drones launched against military targets, especially air defense systems in Haifa and Tel Aviv.
Its message ends with a warning that it will intensify missile attacks against military and military industrial targets in Israel.
The latest attacks come at a critical time, as President Trump considers the possibility of direct American involvement in Israel’s campaign.
