Fans can expect an aesthetic display of energy, rhythmic momentum and vocal magic when pop icon Jennifer Lopez hosts the American Music Awards 2025 ceremony to be livestreamed on Memorial Day, May 26 from Las Vegas.
CBS Television will broadcast the annual celebration of America’s most popular songs globally across linear and digital platforms.
In addition to honoring the most popular songs and artists of the year the AMAs will pay tribute to American troops at the world’s largest fan-voted award show.
According to AMAs, fan voting is now open via VoteAMAs.com and the @AMAs Instagram profile in all award categories.
Kendrick Lamar is this year’s top nominee with ten nods, followed closely by Post Malone, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, and Shaboozey, the AMAs said.

Jennifer Lopez, who has fascinated art fans around the world with her exploits as singer, songwriter, actress, dancer and entrepreneur, reposted a AMAs announcement on X platform, building up excitement among music lovers about the event.

The “2025 American Music Awards” winners are voted entirely by fans.
“Nominees are based on key fan interactions – as reflected on the Billboard charts – including streaming, album and song sales, radio airplay and tour grosses. These measurements are tracked by Billboard and Luminate, the entertainment industry’s most trusted data partner, and cover the data tracking eligibility period of March 22, 2024 through March 20, 2025,” the AMAs said on its website.
