Let’s pause and eat to live

The human body is the most precious instrument and food is the most important thing which runs this instrument, so we have to learn to eat to live and not live to eat.

Every day we make a choice what to put in our precious body which determines our choice of how well we want to live in our future and how much we love ourselves and our families, take a few seconds before you gulp down the wrong food.

During a hectic week in Boston a few weeks ago, I met with international giants of technology world with latest going on, national and international level, I thought I was a techno girl but hanging out with techno wizard, one feels like a techno moron.

These youngsters are so savvy in their area whether there r from Far East or Europe, Canada or U.S. it was like hanging out on a global village with no boundaries and by the end we all were planning to visit and speak in each other countries in different topic of our expertise.

Healthy Food - Bajra Roti

Even expert teachers in the field were learning from the crowd and flow of information was like an ocean and we were having a scuba experience but snow was hitting Boston and had to arrange to be home ASAP and safe .

After being pampered at Harvard campus with reception parties with great mouth-watering food every night and after parties by the chef, I had to come and get back to Green smoothies and kale chips, dinosaur mustard and “Kale Saag” with “Bajra Roti” instead on mustard “Saag” which I miss a lot.
