Peshawar Zalmi outclass star-studded Multan Sultans by 7 wickets

Multan Sultans’ fans are disappointed with Babar Azam and Muhammad Rizwan Peshawar Zalmi has sounded an alarm for Lahore Qalandars by defeating Multan Sultans by 7 wickets at Multan International Cricket Stadium.

Peshawar Zalmi earned their fourth win in HBL PSL 10 and earn 8 points.

After this result, the situation in the PSL points table has become very interesting. The remaining 5 matches have become important.

Six Sultans batters failed to reach double figures, half of the team returned to the pavilion at 65, Zalmi achieved the desired target for the loss of 3 wickets. In the 25th match of the Pakistan Super League at the Multan Cricket Stadium, Peshawar Zalmi defeated Multan Sultan by 7 wickets.

Multan Sultans won the toss and decided to bat first and the entire team could score 108 runs in 19 overs. In reply, Peshawar Zalmi achieved the desired target for the loss of 3 wickets and won the match. After the first wicket fell for a total of eight runs, Peshawar Zalmi’s batsmen batted hard.

Saim Ayub batted brilliantly and scored 49 runs off 33 balls. His innings included three sixes and four fours, while Babar Azam was the guest of 8 runs.

After the fall of three wickets, Peshawar Zalmi’s scorecard started to slow down, Muhammad Haris and Max Bryant took the team to victory. Both the batsmen led the team to victory in the 13th over.

Max Bryant was not out on 38 while Mohammad Haris was not out on 7 runs. Shahid Aziz took 2 wickets and David Valley took 1 wicket for Multan Sultans.

Earlier, in the 25th match of the Pakistan Super League, Multan Sultans won the toss and decided to bat first and the openers gave an opening stand of 20 runs. Yasir Khan scored 10 runs with the help of 2 fours and fell victim to Saim Ayub, after which no batsman could play the Zalmi bowlers.

Captain Mohammad Rizwan scored 17 and Tayyab Tahir scored 22 runs, both of them had 3 and 2 fours in their innings respectively. Ashton Turner returned to the pavilion without opening an account. After losing 4 wickets for a total score of 61, the Sultans came under pressure, losing their wickets at intervals.

Mohammad Hasnain and Obaid Shah tried to play some but failed. Obaid Shah left Mohammad Hasnain and his wicket was taken by Ahmed Daniyal. Faisal Akram remained 4 runs not out. Multan Sultans were bowled out for 108 in 19 hours. For Peshawar Zalmi, Ahmed Daniyal took 3 wickets, Moaz Sadaqat and Luke Wood took 2 wickets each, Al-Zari Joseph, Saim Ayub and Ali Raza took 1 wicket each.
